Testimonies
I had been wanting to work on organizing my home office and the incoming mail process. Sherri met with me in my home and talked through the process. While she was here I showed her my other project room I wanted ideas to organize better to handle 3 areas in one space - bedroom, art projects and tv room. She gave me actionable things I could accomplish easily on my own. I need a coach though and accountability so we made another appointment a few weeks out so I could show her the changes. Her ideas were so good I jumped on them right away and sent her photos of the changes. She gives great advice, is very encouraging. I loved checking the ideas off my list to show her the progress. I highly recommend working with Sherri as she is so positive and allows you to have input into how you achieve the goal. It's about the goal and being able to sustain the system. Thanks Sherri !!
M.S. - Findlay To say thank you doesn’t begin to scratch the surface! Sherri was such a help in preparing for our recent out of state move to Sebring, Florida. As you can imagine, the challenge of going through many years of memories and stuff was quite daunting. However, Sherri made the job much more enjoyable as she worked alongside me. She is not only a great friend, but was a compassionate, yet realistic sounding board in determining what things we could or couldn’t live without and what things could be donated to worthy causes or even given away to people who could utilize them. She helped us to ask the right questions and equipped us to make “needed” decisions concerning years of accumulated “stuff”. After cleaning out our garage, house and our store-n-lock, I realized something. We had paid money over the past several years to store things that either we really didn’t need or would never really use. Instead of doing that, we could have given these items to worthy charities to help someone who could have really used the items. In doing so, we could have saved ourselves money in the long run. Also, I believe Sherri helped give us that extra push we needed to finally spend time going through the mounds of family pictures we had both accumulated. You know the ones I’m talking about, ones you inherited from mom, dad, and years of “life”. We are currently working on getting those pictures stored in a digital format. Now we will be able to enjoy the memories for years to come while saving money and space. Sherri is definitely an encourager who can help put things into perspective. Compassionate and able to help you ask the right questions. All the best to you Sherri, as you continue to help people “Simply DeClutter” so that their vision and path can become more clear.
I.L. (Findlay/Sebring) I have many irons in many fires. As a result, taking time to organize areas of my home not seen by the “public” has not been my priority. When it came to my craft room I was at a total loss. I hated to go in even to find things to bring out of the mess to work on, anyplace but in the craft room! When I told my husband that I really needed help…but not from him…he googled “home organizers near me,” and Sherri Frantz’s “Simply Declutter” was number one! “Hey, we know her! Let’s see if she can help you.” After her initial visit, it took 4 sessions, with homework in between, to complete the task. I warned Sherri, at her initial visit, that this was going to be very emotional at times. She was always encouraging and sympathetic, but she also gently pushed me when I needed it. I was able to let go of some things I haven’t used in years and made some discoveries of things I’d forgotten I had. Everything has a place and everything is in its place. I am very excited to get into my reorganized and very clean craft room, where I can see some quick projects to complete, and some projects that will take more time. A huge burden has been lifted by decluttering my craft room. Sherri was an absolute God-send. I am grateful. Sherri, thanks for the laughter. You made this overwhelming task do-able. Let the crafting begin…again!
Cindy P (Findlay) “As a working wife and mother of four kids, the hours in my day are limited! Organizing my pantry, cupboards and kitchen drawers are the furthest thing from my mind on most days. However, during Christmas break I had the opportunity to tackle the obstacle of decluttering my kitchen. Sherri helped me in numerous ways and made the transformation (and yes, I say transformation because it was that drastic) smooth and painless. She looked at all of the places that I wanted to declutter and she gave me suggestions on what she thought would work best. She also had examples of pictures, prices and which store would have the materials I needed for organization. She helped my plan out what I needed before I went, so the trip to the store was quick, easy and productive. Getting rid of items that I didn’t need and organizing and labeling the items that I do need has helped organize my kitchen tremendously. I love my kitchen – Thanks Sherri!”

The plan to declutter and organize can be overwhelming doing it alone. That is why I chose to have Sherri help me begin the process. The process was positive for me. She really works WITH you - allowing you to make the decision of what stays and what goes. Sherri was also helpful in helping to think of ways to organize or display your things. Last, these days we deal with a lot of stress. The last thing you need are people close to you treating you poorly and making unneeded comments. Sherri was very encouraging and a blessing to work with. I highly recommend her work.
Stephanie L - Findlay "I am so thankful to have found Sherri I don't know even know where to begin! I really needed a jumpstart to get some main aspects of my house organized, like my office and the command center in our kitchen. Sherri not only helped with those things, but she was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process more fun! She was able to look at what my goals were and what I wanted to accomplish and we worked from there. She is much more than someone who will help you organize, she will help you rethink the way you do things to make your everyday life a little easier. As a working mother, I can't tell you how helpful that was to me and my family!! -Thank you so much Sherri!"
Michele (Findlay) “I have an in-home day care and never had the time to completely organize my storage room. When I would start to clean the room I could never finish it. The job of organizing became very overwhelming to me. Therefore, my storage room that stores all my extra toys and supplies was a complete disaster! Sherri came in with lots of encouragement and energy! She not only helped me organize all the toys and supplies but she utilized the space to make everything fit. She was in no way judgmental or impatient. She was an absolute pleasure and incredibly easy person to work with. She had a vision and was determined to help me finish the job! Now the room is organized so I can find things (everything is labeled) and there are even empty spaces! I can’t express enough what Sherri has done for me. The relief and less stress I have now because of Sherri’s help is beyond anything I could put into words. Besides all that, she is just a joy to be around! I highly recommend her services!”
D.W. (Findlay) "A thousand times, Thank You. I am, as you know, a sentimentalist and pack rat rolled into one. I needed to change a storage/sewing/library space back into a usable bedroom before one of our son and family made their visit. I was so overwhelmed, I didn't know where or how to start. You gave me direction; actually a plan of action - things to accomplish between your visits, plus when you were here you helped me prioritize, make decisions, and even at the end of each session, removed the "give away" items from my home😊. You also helped me organize our storage on our enclosed back porch - I can even find things again, plus walk thru the room😏🌟. Keep up the great work. You are so encouraging and helped me face my issues with material objects verses holding on to positive memories and not things."
Kathy S (Pandora) "While Sherri was in my kitchen decluttering, she was professional, informative, kind and thoughtful, but also listened to my concerns, wants and wishes. I am a person who likes to be neat and organized, but for the most part, fall short on both. Sherri was able to take care of this and much more, in that by decluttering my entire kitchen, I had a place for everything and all my drawers and cupboards were neat, organized and easily accessible. My biggest reward from meeting with Simply Declutter: the chance to see what is really cluttering up my kitchen. I was able to clear unwanted, unused and duplicated items from my kitchen and donate to a worthy cause. Now I am left with a kitchen I am comfortable with."
